The KVAOA collects maintenance of Rs 800 from each flat(resident/tenant) to provide common facilities. These include housekeeping, maintenance of lifts, lawns,lights in cellars, floors, security etc. The maintenance collected is also used for paying electricity and water charges, AMC for lifts, STP etc. For running the generator during emergencies, around 30 litres of diesel is purchased every month.

Garbage collected from the flats by the housekeeping staff is handed over to a municipal employee wh takes it to a common dumping yard a few KM away.For releasing the valve that delivers Krishna drinking water to the complex, a retainer is paid to the Water Board representative.

All Residents/Tenants are requested to pay the MAINTENANCE CHARGES on or before 10th of every month at KVAOA office between 9.00 A.M.- 12.30 P.M. & 5.00 P.M.-7.00 P.M.( except Mondays) by local cheques only
